REMEMBER, to sign for a time such as "3:15" ...
Don't sign the cardinal number "15," sign "10" (fist w/ thumb out) and "5" (this is bc we only sign ONCE for time, and the sign for cardinal 15 occurs twice) *This is not the case for all double digit numbers!
