How would you increase FPCON?

From B to C go to ISP or DISP and look at arming matrix. Ensure S/L adjust watches. Look up shipboard FPCON measures for AOR and ensure all C measures are in effect

Increased or more predictable threat of terrorist activity exists. May affect operational capability.

FPCON Charlie

Event occurring outside the ship- all hands must lay inside the skin of the ship

immediate area where a terrorist attack has occurred or when intelligence is received that terrorist action against a specific location or person is imminent. Not intended to be sustained for substantial periods.
