Later in April founders would start doing their bylaws and by September of that year they were complete

When two ladies went to Boise State University for a new member presentation for the Alpha Zeta Chapter at Boise State University (BSU)

(6) On August 30th, 2018

all of the CLEO members were notified to move forward with their journey as two sisters, Glena Gonzalez and Veronica Perez, who lived in Boise, Idaho were willing to commute to Pocatello, Idaho in order to educate these women.
