Scatterplot
A scatterplot is a graph of paired (x, y) quantitative data. It provides a visual image of the data plotted as points, which helps show any patterns in the data.
correlation
Exists between 2 variables when the values of one variable are somehow associated with the values of the other variable.
Linear Correlation
Exists between 2 variables when there is a correlation and the plotted points of paired data result in a pattern that can be approximated by a straight line
