IM tools and techniques are used to create and connet people to information. They are effective for sharing simple, unambiguous, codified explicit knowledge. 4. Interpersonal and Team Skills. Include but are not limited to active listening, facilitation, leadership, networking and political awareness.

1. PM's play a key role in working with the project sponsor to understand the strategic objectives and ensure the alignment of the project objectives and results with those of the portfolio, program and business areas. When and how should benefits be reported: at the end of the project or at the end of each iteration or phase?
