What is Organizational Ethics
A branch of applied ethics that focuses on rules principles and standards, in the conduct of business activities

Allowing unethical conduct to continue, not knowing or knowingly not acting
How do ethics and law differ?
An act that is considered illegal is usually quite easy to detect and expose, whereas an act that is considered unethical may not be as clear or as easily reprimanded
