NEPHROTOXICITY • Damage is usually reversible upon drug withdrawal. • Any loss in renal function can spiral into further complications (Ototoxicity and more Nephrotoxicity) due to increased accumulation of Aminoglycosides in the body. *Doses must be modified when renal fuction is poor)*
