ESSAY ORGANIZATION
topic sentence
i the first sentence of every body paragraph. it state the one main idea or topic of that one paragraph. The T.S develops one part of the Thesis statement.
supporting sentences
introduce each point in your paragraph directly. explain, or develop, each point. support your points with relevant information or evidence. evidence can be personal examples specific details, citations from sources, statistics, etc.
introduction paragraph
introduces the topic of the essay. it states what the essay is about. it also contains the thesis statement.
thesis statement
is the main idea of the essay

concluding sentence
the last sentence of every body paragraph . it repeats the main idea of that paragraph. it can also transition to the next body paragraph.
body paragraphs
the number of body paragraphs depends on your thesis and the length of the paper. each body paragraph ha one main idea, which is stated in the topic sentence . the main idea on the paragraph needs to be carefully explained and supported.
conclusion paragraph
this paragraph closes the essay; it does not include any information.
