What is HR?

Heart rate is the number of times your heart pumps blood per minute (it's also known as pulse rate).

Target HR

The heart rate that you should maintain during exercise in order to obtain fitness and health benefits is your target heart rate. How do you determine your target heart rate? Here's how: Subtract your age from 220. Multiple that number by 70 percent.

HRs

The two important heart rates are your resting heart rate and your target heart rate. The number of times your heart beats in 1 minute when you are not active is your resting heart rate. An average person has a resting heart rate of approximately 70 beats per minutes at rest, or about 100,000 beats a day.
