Skeletal
is a preliminary itinerary. It consists of a simplified outline of activities to be done and destinations to be visited in a given time-frame.
Technical
specifies the details like arrival/departure times, scheduled transportation, duration of sightseeing, travel time, time of accommodation and other important details included in the package.
