Name two ways that a rural social worker's job might look different from an urban social worker.

Your Answer:Rural social workers may have deeper connections/relationships with their clients than urban social workers because there are less people living in the country than there are living in a city. Since there's a greater population in an urban community, than those urban social workers work more on the macro and mezzo level. Whereas, rural social workers would work on the micro and potentially mezzo level. Sometimes rural social workers case loads can be higher due to lack of providers in the area - however - they may have a better relationship/deeper connection through the "small town feel" and relatability.
