they are the motion between two slides

File Tab

used for the behind-the-scenes stuff you do with a file, such as opening, saving, sharing, exporting, printing and managing your presentation.

Inserting images

Click where you want to insert the picture on the slide. On the Insert tab, in the Images group, click Online Pictures. Type what you are searching for, and press Enter. Click the picture you want to insert, and click Insert.

Creating Transparent links

Go to the INSERT tab and click shapes. Draw the shape over the desired area. Right-click on the drawn shape and click Hyperlink add the desired destination. Right-click on the shape again and choose No Fill under Fill and No Outline option.

Duplicating slides

Go to thumbnail pane. Right-click the slide thumbnail that you want to duplicate. Click Duplicate Slide. The duplicate is inserted immediately after the original.

Saving PPT

On the file tab, select Save. Click Save As then select location for your file. Write the filename and select the filetype for your presentation. Select Save.

Transitions Tab

Set up how your slides change from one to the next slides.

Summary Zoom

a landing page where you can see the pieces of your presentation all at once.

MS PowerPoint

a presentation graphics program that allows you to create slide shows.

slideshow view

a view that allows the user to preview a presentation on the screen as it will appear to the audience

Slide Zoom

allowing you to navigate freely between slides in any order you choose.

animations

animate the objects on your PowerPoint slides

control how objects move on, off, and around your slides

emphasis animations

control how the audience's eye is drawn to the animated object

motion path

control the movement of your text or objects around the slide

exit animations

determine how the animated objects will leave the slide

entrance animations

determines the way an object appears on a slide

slidesorter view

enables you to change order, apply transitions or effects to multiple slides, and copy or paste slides from other presentations

normal view

enables you to enter and edit content

Section Zoom

is a link to a section already in your presentation.

dynamic

occurs on all areas of the slide except the backgrounds

reading view

present like it is in the slide show view, but the reading view allows to see the presentation in the current sized window

Insert Tab

Adds something to a slide. This includes pictures, shapes, charts, links, text boxes, video and more.

Design Tab

Can add a theme or color scheme, or format the slide background.

Adding Zoom

Click on Insert Tab>Zoom. Select the zoom you want to work with. (Summary, Section, Slide Zoom) Select the slides that you want to add on your Zoom. Select Insert.

Adding morph transition

Click on Transitions Tab > Morph. Click the Effect Options next to the Transition Gallery. Select the elements you want to work with. (Choose from Objects, Words or Characters.) Click Preview to review the Morph transition.

Removing slide transitions

Click on the slide marked with a star. Click on the Transitions tab in the navigation ribbon. Select None from the Transitions gallery.

Adding slide transitions

Click on the slide that is the endpoint of the transition process. Click on the Transitions tab in the navigation ribbon. In the Transition gallery, click on the More (...) button to view the entire gallery. Click on a transition to preview the animation effect.

Home Tab

Holds the Cut and Paste features, Font and Paragraph options, and what you need to add and organize slides.

Adding video

Select INSERT > video. Select video on my pc. In the insert video dialog box, Select the video file you want to add. Select Insert.

Adding audio

Select Insert > audio. Select Audio on my pc. In the Insert Audio dialog box select the audio file you want to add. Select Insert.

Inserting links

Select the desired object on your slide. Go to the INSERT tab> Link. In the open window, click Place in This Document. Choose the slide in your presentation that you wish to use as a destination.

Adding slides

Select the slide you want your new slide to follow. Select Home > New Slide. Select a layout. Select the text box and type.
