Bank Loan MT could use a bank loan because they have a turnover of £4.5m, therefore they represent a lower risk and the bank may offer a lower interest rate. MT have already developed new technology such as Hotel2020, so may already have the appropriate staff and equipment required to develop more innovative technology, therefore the amount of finance required could be small and easily gained from a bank.
