located between the angles of the 2 parietal bones and the frontal bone

membranous areas of incomplete intra-membranous ossification

Olfactory Foramen

on the ethmoid bone

Foramen Magnum

on the occipital bone, brain to the spinal cord

External Acoustic Meatus

on the temporal bone, leads to the ear

Sagittal Suture

separates the 2 parietal bones

Coronal Suture

separates the frontal bone from the parietal bones

Lambdoidal Suture

separates the parietal bones from the occipital bones

Squamosal Suture

separates the temporal and parietal bones
