12 months without menses

If a post menopausal women bleeds after she has been menopausal what is the concern?

Any bleeding after 12 months of no bleeding even 1 drop is concerning and will need to be referred to eval for uterine cancer... it will need to be ruled out. Will need to follow up to assure she went to her appt. there is liability there since uterine ca has very few symptoms
