Breakdown at the Fitness Center
As you know, we have equipment breaking down and I just want to get Lin's opinion on what he's doing to fix a particular machine. I know these equipment issues are impacting both of our locations. I think you come across as inflexible to Nina. I recommend you practice more active listening with her. We all process information differently and it's important to listen to what everyone has to say.
