Types of power for mods
Internal Batteries - This type cannot be removed, charged with USB cables and designed to. These are often smaller capacities than their external counter parts. External Batteries - These batteries DO NOT come with the vape device and are sold separately. These batteries can be charged through usb, but is not good for longevity and can result in quicker leaking/degrading of battery capacity.
How do you tell very easily between Koko prime and the original Koko
Koko Prime has a REMOVABLE panel that has paint splatters, the original is a single color and no removable panel.

RBA - Rebuildable Atomizers
One of the original atomizers made for vaping. These coils were often made by hand and could be very complex ones such as Alien Framed Staples. You could use cotton the coil to quickly wick the juice after dripping juice directly onto the cotton on a RDA (Rebuildable Drip Atomizers). There are variations of these, such as Rebuildable Tank Atomizers (RTA) which house the self made coils in a tank, and RDTAs which combined the functions of both into one tank. *While many had fun building these, they fell out of popularity and prebuilt coils for refillable tanks took over.

Pods
Some pods these days have coils that you can take out and insert new ones. However, a lot of nic salt devices use all in one pods where you replace the entire pod rather than just the coil. Example, Nord 2 (Coil and pod) vs Novo 2 (all in one pod)
You hear the customer say they want a single external battery version of RPM2, where do you find the info for it being internal or external battery?
T H E B O X. Notice RPM2S is the name of the single battery version. Do NOT confuse this with the Novo 2s. *Great for people who need the extra battery life for high wattage coils without carrying something too bulky like a 2 battery mod!

They're sales tips! :D and ya better frickin' read 'em! *it would not let me use F word. These will provide sales tips and/or small facts that will help you seem more knowledgeable to the customer. After all, your knowledge will be how you earn their trust. A good personality and no knowledge leads to the wrong product and a very pissed off customer later.
Coil
Vape coils are used to heat your vape juice and create vapor. Atomizers are relatively simple in construction - typically consisting of just a coil that is wrapped in wicking material (which absorbs e-liquid and often, but not always, done with cotton). *These coils are burnt to hell. You can tell this by noticing these coils are burnt to hell.
What compatible coil do we stock for the Sigelei Fog Stick and Humvee?
Voopoo PnP coils as well as BF Mesh .3 Coils *The .4 BFV Mesh coils only fit RPM 1 pods. Be sure to look at the back of the box or remember the ohm.
