The names of each of these types of firms kinda defines it's self. But in my own words, a "command and control" firm has leadership that makes all the big important decision and those in the middle or in the lower positions don't have much of a say at all. With collaborative business culture, management encourages employees, no matter their station, to share their ideas and thoughts with the company and they are more involved with the process of important decision making.
