Social Media tips to connect with your audience:

1. Make It Personal: Your audience has a lot of information coming at them every day. From 24-hour news and sports channels to an endless array of streaming options, they are bombarded with content. Speak directly to their pain points and show off your brand by showing behind-the-scenes videos of how and why your product or service was created. 2. Make It Authentic: This can mean sharing stories about your business and its employees/customers. It can also mean owning up to any mistakes or missteps your company may have made. Again, you want your audience to see more than your logo when they see messaging from you. 3. Make It Engaging: Videos are a great resource, but they need to be powerful or intriguing enough to get your target audience to stop and pay attention. A great photo or infographic could be just as effective. Customers love completing quizzes or checklists to determine which products would work best for them.

Should you experience computer problems such as error messages and nonresponsive software, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Remain calm and take a thoughtful, organized approach to solve the problem. Pushing random keys can often make the problem worse. 2. Save any open documents and back them up to an external or online drive if possible. 3. Once your work is secured, document the problem. What were you doing at the time? Can you replicate the error? Write down what you were doing, the text of any error message, and a list of other programs running at the same time. 4. Research possible solutions. Try doing a web search on a search engine like Google or Bing with specific descriptive terms to see if others have had a similar problem. Find out what solutions worked for them.
