MVNO

Trade-Up Requirements

Must be customer owned, no PPP or other financial agreements still in place on the device Must power up with no dark, shaded, or blemished areas on the screen Perform a master reset and clear personal information from the traded in device Anti-theft protection and locks should be disabled Trade-Up credit cannot be used for service, only for new Cricket device/accessory The entire Trade-Up credit must be used in one transaction - no refunds for unused credit amount

Return Policy

Must be returned during the first 7 days Phones must be returned with the original contents and packaging, including the battery, charger, charger cable, accessories, documents, and a valid proof-of-purchase A restocking fee of up to $25 may be applied when a phone is returned without all of the original components Any promotional gift associated with the phone must also be returned and forfeited Phones must be in like-new condition (no liquid or physical damage, no excessive wear and tear, no cosmetic defects) Make sure the customer disables anti-theft and master resets the phone

Bridge Pay Penalties

Must pay the enrollment fee. While participating in bridge pay, you cannot change features.

SPID

Service Profile Identifier: A number assigned by service providers or local telephone companies and configured by administrators to a BRI port. SPIDs are used to determine subscription services of a device connected via ISDN. ISDN devices use SPID when accessing the telephone company switch that initializes the link to a service provider.

The best time to add would be at the beginning of billing cycle, adding near the end of billing cycle would make the customer pay the fee for short amount of usage that month..

This field provides the name of the re-seller/MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) of wireless service and will help you to determine which carrier to call for porting information, if needed.
