NCOs need to incorporate all of the principles of PRT into training programs in order to get results. We need to focus on PRT principles and components in order to set Soldiers up for success. Just running won't do the trick.

They must know PRT applies to all Soldiers. They need to meet the demands of any combat or duty position, accomplish the mission, and continue to fight and win.

Units must operate continuously while deployed. PRT provides a foundation for combat readiness and must be a central part of every Soldier's life. We're responsible for maintaining a high state of physical readiness at all times.
