Jonathan's last remark in chapter two reveals Dracula's true intentions when he states, "The castle is a veritable prison, and I am a prisoner." Based on what you have read so far, infer as to why Jonathan comes to this conclusion.

I infer that Jonathan comes to this conclusion because when he tries to leave, Dracula lets him, but convinces him not to since there was the howling and biting wolves.

Dracula does not step over the threshold of the castle. He instead utters, "Welcome to my house! Enter freely and of your own will." Explain why Jonathan must freely enter the castle.

If Jonathan did not enter freely then Count Dracula couldn't capture him. Kinda similar to letting a demon come in if you give permission.

Why would the incident with the mirror be considered dramatic irony?

It is very obvious that Count Dracula is a vampire and evil and that's the actual reason for throwing the mirror.

Jonathan asks the Count to explain the meaning of the blue flame. Summarize the Counts story. What had Jonathan noticed about the flame and the coach driver, but dismissed as only his imagination?

It was a belief that on a certain night all evil spirits are supposedly freed. A blue flame is seen over only a place where treasure has been concealed. Jonathan noticed that the driver noticed the blue flame at the exact same time and that he could see the flame through the coach driver.

Both of the men hear wolves howling from far off, and Dracula is the first to speak: "The children of the night, " he says, "what music they make!" How does Jonathan react to this statement? What does the Count say in his defense?

Jonathan makes a strange face towards Dracula and the Count replies "Ah, sir, you dwellers in the city cannot enter into the feelings of the hunter.".

Jonathan becomes extremely unnerved one morning when the Count walks into his bedchamber. The incident ends with the Count angrily taking Jonathan's shaving mirror and stating, "And this is the wretched thing that has done the mischief. It is a foul bauble of mans vanity. Away with it!". Analyze the incident and explain the suggestion of Christianity and its power over evil.

Jonathan was shaving and afterwards was looking in the mirror and Count Dracula was behind him and didn't appear in the mirror. Dracula is evil and was about to bite Jonathan but stops since of the rosary around Jonathan's neck.
