Irritability: time of ONSET, time required for symp to DISSIPATE, relationship between these times and magnitude of symp (i.e. Throwing first pitch = pain last 20 mins = highirritability while 100 pitches pain 10 mins = low) 3. Nature: description of symptoms (tingling, weakness, sweating, not just focused on pain) and therapist interpretation of the possible pathology (hypo list --> tingling = nerve issue?) 4. Stage: progeression and stability of symptoms (improving, stay same, worsen) or time frame for injury/tissue healing (how far along is healing process; inflammatory response 48-72 hours can last 7-10 days, tissue formation 10 days - 6 wk, remodeling 6 wk - 12 mo or acute < 14 days/subacute 14-3 months/chronic > 3 months )
