Celebrator:

Celebrators gain differences. They see them as an advantage, not a disadvantage. They've learned that two people who think differently can achieve more than two people who think alike. They realize that celebrating differences doesn't mean you certainly agree with those differences, such as being a Democrat or a Republican, only that you value them.

Shunner:

Shunners are afraid of differences. It annoys the that someone may have a different skin color, worship another god, or wear different brands of jeans than they do, because they're convinced their way of life is "excellent, "right," or "only" way. They enjoy making fun of those who are different, all the while believing that they are saving saving the world from some unpleasant pestilence. They won't bother to get physical about it if they have to and will often join anti-groups, cliques, or gangs because there is strength in numbers.

Synergize:

Synergize is a habit where two or more people working together so they can create a better answer than if one was doing it alone. It's a higher way, not your way or my way. For example, synergy is teamwork, synergy is not working independently. Another example, my friend and I worked together, we were working independently. We weren't making any progress but he and I worked together we got better answers to the problem. To put it simply, synergy means two heads are better than one. Synergize is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of discovering new solutions to advanced problems. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and skill to the table. Together, they can make far excellent results that they could alone. Synergy lets us discover jointly things we are much less likely to discover alone. It is the theory that the whole is greater than the amount of the parts. One plus one equals three, or six, or sixty.

Tolerator:

Tolerators believe that anyone has the right to be unalike. They don't avoid diversity but they don't hold it either. Their motto is: "You keep to yourself and I'll keep to myself. You do your thing and let me do mine. You don't bother me and I won't bother you." Although they come near, they will never get to synergy because they see differences as obstacles, not as possible to build upon. They don't know what they're missing.
