What are the differences between handwriting and email?

Emails are quicker, and you can send them to people all around the world. But you need the internet and a laptop or smartphone to send emails, while you only need a pen and some paper to write by hand.

I think it is when you are a manager and need to write a letter to fire your employees

What kind of email do you receive and make you happy?

Last month I got an email from my boss. In the email, he said that he would raise my salary, and it made me really happy.

Do you think email can replace handwriting?

No, never. Emails are becoming more and more popular nowadays because they are quick and free, but you need the internet and a laptop or smartphone to use emails, while with handwriting, you only need a pen and some paper.

Who do you usually write to and what do you write about?

Normally I write reports and articles about special events and send them to my office. I work as a journalist for a newspaper, you know.

Do you think it is a good thing that companies send out spam email for advertising purposes?

Of course not. Sometimes advertisements are useful, because they give people information about the products on the market. But if customers receive too many emails a day, they will feel really annoyed.

Do you often write something by hand?

Yes, I am a journalist, so I have to write a lot of articles and reports for a newspaper. And I can't bring my laptop with me all the time, you know.

Do you think emails are useful?

Yes, of course. Emails are really useful. They help people send information to friends, family, co-workers very quickly. I also use emails a lot in my job
