Fillet

This command will create a radius between two objects. The objects do not have to be touching. If two parallel lines are selected, it will construct a full radius.

Center, Radius

The most common method of creating a circle, and is the default

Circle

There are 6 ways to create this (Center, Radius; Center, Diameter; 2 Point, 3 Point, Tangent, Tangent, Radius)

Drafting Settings

This dialog box allows you to set the increment snap and grid spacing. The settings are only drawing aids and to help visualize the size of the drawing and control the movement of the cursor

Angle

This option of the Chamfer command requires input for the length of the line and an angle

Distance

This option of the chamfer command requires input of a distance for each side of the corner

Polyline

This option of the fillet command allows you to fillet all intersections in one operation, such as all 4 corners of a rectangle.

Trim

This option of the fillet command controls whether the original lines are trimmed to the end of the arc or remain the original length

Multiple

This option of the fillet command will repeat the command until you press "enter" or the esc key

Mirrtext

To control TEXT when using the MIRROR command, you would have to set the system variable to this and to 0, to retain the text direction

Rounded

A fillet is a _____ corner, and you must specify the radius to use this feature

Radius

For the Fillet command to actually work, the user will have to set this setting to a positive specified setting.

Justification

If you need to be very specific, where your text is located, you must use this option of the text command.

Shift Key

The FILLET command may also be used to create a square corner, by select the first object, and then selecting the second object, while holding this down

Mirror

The command that allows you to make a mirrored image of any objects you select. You can use this command for creating right/left hand parts, and to draw half of a symmetrical object and use the command to save time

Move

The command used to move objects from their current location to a new location

Cutting Edge

The trim command is used to trim an object to a cutting edge. You must first select this and then select the part of the object you want to trim

Single Line Text

This allows you to draw one or more lines of text. The text is visible as you type

Break

This command allows you to break a space in an object, break the end off an object or split a line in two

Chamfer

This command allows you to create a angled corner on two lines, using two methods (Distance or Angle)

Multiline Text

This command allows you to easily add a sentence, paragraph, or table.

Explode

This command changes an object into its primitive objects. For example, a rectangle is originally one object. If you use this command, it changes into 4 lines

Copy

This command creates a duplicate set of the objects selected

Extend

This command is used to extend an object to a boundary

Double Click

To edit Single line text or Multiline Text, the easiest, quickest way to do so, would be to do this on the text.

Text Boundary Box

When using Multiline Text (Mtext) you must define this

Red Line

When using Multiline Text, if you have Spell Check on you will be alerted as you enter text with this under the misspelled word.

MTJIGSTRING

When using Multiline text you can change the "abc" on the crosshairs to other letters by using this system variable. The letters will simulate the appearance of font and height

Rectangle

is a closed shape. It is one object, not 4 lines. You can specify the length, width, area, and rotation options. You can also control corner types and width of lines.

Chamfer

is an angled corner, and you must specify the distance of the corner as distance 1 and distance 2 when using this feature

Layer

is like a transparency, using this will keep good drawing management and organization of your drawing

Lineweight

means "how heavy or thin is the object line"
