What are the 3 use cases for DH?
1. POL - (point of learning) -competiencies, meeting requirements, skills, compliance) 2. POC - Instead of nurses googling "how to put in chest tube" use DH instead. 3. Policies - When you link policies with Dynamic Health you can put the actual Dynamic Health nursing skill inside their institutional policy page. So when a nurse looks at the institutional policy page for how to "put in chest tubes" they can reference that Dh link.
In CINHAL education, how many tries do users have to pass the test, and how long must they wait after completing all their tries b4 trying again?
2 tries then wait 72 hours before trying again.
We dont send SCORM packages to HS. So how does it work? Hint this is how the content is updated in HS.
API - We send a report to HS analyst (Lance) that contains metadata. Lance uses the data to update the content.

How to receive SCORM (course) files? What if issues uploading the courses (1000 courses for example)
Aris will send me a zip folder with the files to send to the client. If MANY courses, may need to use OneDrive/DropBox, etc to send them over.
Who uses LMS'
Clinical Education uses them - Nurse Managers, Nurses, Nursing Educators.
What must users do AFTER passing/completing their test in CINHAL education in order to track the completion?
Do not exit the page, click "Return to LMS".
How does our version of SCORM work?
It acts as a bridge between customers LMS and OUR CINAHL education site.
HealthStream has what two of our courses ALREADY built into it?
NRCP and DH. (Helpful so clinical educators dont have to build their own courses in HS OR deal with buying more SCORM packages, and can instead just turn on the courses in NRCP and DH.
Can CINAHLEd courses be saved halfway through?
No

SCORM is a set of technical standards for eLearning products. It provides the communication method that allows eLearning content and LMSs to work together.
What are LMS' used for?
Skills Fairs, Annual Competencies, Certifications, Monthly Topics, or adverse events (if there have been a lot of slips and falls) assign training.

For Cornerstone what does the customer do to get access to the course SCORM package we send?
The customer uploads the single or multiple SCORM packages that we sent. The SCORM bridges the gap between cinhal ed (where our DH courses live) and the customers LMS cornerstone They click on the course in cornerstone- if first time, it brings them to cinhal website- they register. From then on when they sign in to Cornerstone and click the course (or any course), they're remembered.
Why do we require IP address from customers? AND example
To IP Authenticate. User accesses DH via dynahealth.com instead of the tokenlink. They wont be able to access without medsupport IP authenticating.
In CINAHLeducation, do new users need to pre-register? And after they register the first time, do they need to register each time they log in?
Yes. No SCORM will automatically save their registration credentials.
What is CINAHLeducation and how can the courses be accessed?
a website. Contains courses from NRCP, Dynamic Health, etc. Accessed via NRCP (in results list "CE module") or via SCORM packages.
What is HealthStream? What's it provide?
an LMS with exclusive partnership with EBSCO to build clinical skills into HS Checklist Management application. Provides convenient way to document/validate skills in one place easy to use, assign, checklist (putting in a catheter, IV, etc) .
What is a crosswalk used for? (think crossing over)
to determine what content they're going to want a SCORM package for (if switching to new system, they want to cross reference the courses they had before, and customizations (ie policies, workplace notes).
