Paraspinal tenderness

Tenderness of the muscles next to the vertebrae

Carotid bruit

Turbulent blood flow heard with auscultation over the carotid artery. (Due to carotid narrowing or plaque)

C-spine

cervical spine (C1-C7)

Trachea midline

no deviation of trachea (deviates to unaffected side in pneumothorax)
