Mini Toolbar
Appears when you select text and contains commands related to changing the appearance of text in a document.
Printer Status
Area in the Print Dialog Box that provides a user with a list of available printers.
Document Properties Panel
Area that provides information about the author, title, subject, keywords, category, and comments. Allows the user to view and update document properties information at any time while creating a document.
Status
Bar that provides information about a document, the progress of certain tasks, and controls for viewing a document.
Undo Button
Command on the Quick Access Toolbar to cancel a recent action or command.
Saving a document
Command that can't be undone in Word.
File, Close
Command used to close current document without exiting Word.
Zoom
Command used to reduce or enlarge the size of the document window or specify the size of the viewable area.
Save
Command used to save a new or existing file with the same file name.
Save As
Command used to save an existing document with a new file name or save in a new location.
Ribbon
Control center located below the title bar at the top of the Word window.
Copy
Creates a duplicate item while leaving the original item in place.

Dialog box that allows a user to create a new folder in the desired storage location.

Document that can be created and used more than once.

Font where characters take up the same amount of horizontal space.
Proportional
Font where characters take up varying amounts of horizontal space.
