1st rib at junction between rib and costal cartilage

Pectoralis Major: Action

Adduction, medial rotation, flexion of humerus at the shoulder

Pectoralis Minor: Origin

Anterior survaces of 3rd, 4th, 5th ribs and deep fascia overlying related intercostal spaces

Pectoralis Minor: Insertion

Coracoid process of scapula

Pectoralis Minor: Action

Depress tip of shoulder, protract scapula

Pectoralis Major: Insertion

Lateral lip of intertubercular sulcus of humerus

Pectoralis Major: Origin

Medial half of clavicle and anterior surface of sternum, 1st seven costal cartilages, aponurosis (sheat) of external oblique muscles

Subclavius: Insertion

Middle 1/3 of clavicle in groove on inferior surface

Subclavius: Action

Pulls clavicle medially to stabilize sternoclavicular joint
