Drawbacks of Personality Testing
- tests are self report scales (can lie) - personality is weak predictor of a person's performance - personality testing does not convey a favorable image of the company

1. Apply values only when we can think of specific reasonining 2. Apply values in situations that facilitate doing so 3. Apply values when we are reminded of them
