-an MLA that is a member of the Cabinet ("ruling government") with a special job

-an unfair action

-candidates who do not belong to a party
Ministries
-departments that makes decisions and spend money for certain government services. (ex. Ministry of Health)

-member of Legislative Assembly - elected members of the Legislative Assembly
Bill
-proposed, or suggested law
Advocate
-someone who works to support another person or an idea
Opposition
-the elected members of the political parties that do not form the government
Legislative Assembly
-the group of Provincial representatives that meet together, debate and make decisions (in Edmonton, Alberta)
Premier
-the leader of the political party that forms the government and who becomes the head of the government
Lieutenant Governor
-the official head of a provincial government, appointed by the Governor General in Council, for a term of five years; the representative of the Crown in a province
Official Opposition
-the party with the second-largest number of elected representatives

-the people who have the right to vote in a constituency
