Limited Partnership

A Limited partnership is when at least one partner is not involved in running the business every day, they are just responsible for the funds he or she has invested into the business.

General Partnership??

A general partnership is when you share management of a business with someone else and each of you are responsible for all business debts and losses.

Limited Liability Partnership

A limited liability partnership is all the partners in a business are limited partners and not responsible for the debts and other liabilities if someone in the business messes up.

The Key Differences between them???

The key differences between them is the partners in each kind of partnership are different for example: in general partnerships they each are responsible for everything that happens with the business, limited partnerships one partner is responsible for the whole business while one is just responsible for the money they invested, and limited liability partnership they are just responsible for their own part of the partnership.
