UAS/Designated Class I & II Aviators
-Personnel that operate UAS aircraft who also have and continue to maintain a Class I (Pilot) or Class II (NFO, Aircrew) designation must follow physical qualification and submission requirements for their Class I or II physical if intended to be maintained. -NAMI submissions must be for the Class I or Class II physical with clear notation regarding additional UAS Operator duties. -The UAS Physical Worksheet must be uploaded to the associated AERO electronic physical and aeromedical summary.

What conditions are NOT considered disqualifying?
-See ARWG 1.14 Class III Personnel Non-Disqualifying Conditions -Listed within AVT Text Book ((alright slides, I see what you did there))
UAS Groups 3, 4, 5

UAS Physical Worksheet is to be completed/uploaded w/ electronic submission to NAMI -applicant physical must be electronically submitted to NAMI as a long-form w/ an Aeromedical Summary when required for waiver requests -UAS group 3, 4, 5 designated physicals can be SUBMITTED TO NAMI as electronic short form physicals in accordance w/ MANMED
UAS Groups 1 and 2
-require a medical screening exam maintained locally -applicant/designated qualification exam can be completed locally by a qualified medical provider -UAS Physical Worksheet must be completed locally, maintained locally, and uploaded into DoD Electronic Health Record -Disqualifying conditions must be documented. Waiver consideration/approval is accomplished by LOCAL COMMAND and documented
Purpose for a flight exam
