Coercion with threat of Punishment - the harasser coerces a coworker into sexual activity by using the threat of power ("If you don't have sex with me, you'll get fired") 5. Sexual crimes and misdemeanors - the highest level of sexual harassment would, these acts, if reported to the police, be considered felonies or misdemeanors (e.g. if someone physically forced someone else into sexual activity)
