LAD, Psilocybin Mushroom, and other insole psychedelics

-Indole psychedlics exert many of their effects through serotonin receptors, which affect mood, sleep, anxiety, and areas of the brain that generate hallucinations and illusions. -LSD is naturally found in ergot fungus toxins growing on rye grains. -LSD is very potent in both its natural and its synthetic forms. (last 6-8 hours) Effects: mood changes, loss of judgement, sensory distortion, hallucinations, and illusions. -Psychedelics or magic mushrooms contain (psilyocybin and psilocin). Side effects: nausea, induce hallucinations, visceral sensations, changes sight, changes hearing, taste, and smell. -DMT is a quick-acting psychedelic often used in ayahuasca.

PCP, Ketamine, Salvia Divinorum and other Psychedelics

-PCP is an anesthetic used on animals. *in humans it causes mind/body separation, a sensory-deprived state, and hallucinations. -Salvia Divinorum, contains short acting psychedelics chemicals -Amanita mushrooms cause dreamy intoxication, hallucinations, etc. -netmug and mace are psychedelics but are rarely used.

Peyote, MDMA, and other Phenylalkylamine psychedelics

-Phenylalkylamines are chemically related to adrenaline and amphetamine. -Mescaline (peyote cacti) produce more hallucinations than does LSD and is often sacred ritual. (last 12 hours) -Psycho-stiumalnts are phenethylamine derivatives such as MDMA (ecstasy), MDA, and 2C-B (CBR) -MDMA (ecstasy) releases excess serotonin, causing a sense of well-being, empathy, and calm along with stimulatory effects.

Anticholinergic Psychedelics

-Plants such as belladonna, henbane, and jimson weed are used in rituals -approx 1,000 jimson weed poisoning happen in USA

Marijuana and other Cannabinoids

-Sativa and Indica is the most popular psychoactive drug. -United States is legal to sell and use marijuana for recreational purposes in Colorado and other states. -Hashish is the concentrated resin of Cannbis Indica Plan. -Most marijuana comes through Mexico or often grown in USA. -Synethic Cannabinoids are spice silver, k2, and others. -Marijuana effects: relaxation, sedation, increased appetite, hightened sense of novelty, short-term memory impairment, and mental confusion. -Marijuana is called the " the mirrior that magnifies"

general effect

-effects depend on the users mind-set and the physical setting in which is used. -psychedelics cause intensified and crossed sensation, psychedeclics cause delusions, psychedelics cause hallucinations
