What is the impeachment process?
The House takes the impeachment to trial if the impeached wants to defend his or herself. The Senate acts as the jury and the Chief Justice is the judge. A guilty verdict requires a 2/3 vote.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
