Article 1

Congress/Legislative Branch : Provides for a Congress as the legislative branch of government. Details the Structure, Qualifications, Procedures, and Powers of Congress.

Article 3

Courts/Judicial Branch- Creates a Supreme Court, and provides that Congress "may" establish lower courts. Identifies cases under federal jurisdiction.

Article 5

Amendment Procedures: Amendments may be proposed by: 1. Two-Thirds vote by both Houses of Congress 2. Convention called at request of 2/3 of state legislatures Amendments may be ratified by: 1. Three fourths of state legislatures 2. Ratifying conventions held in three fourths of states

Article 4

Federalism 1. States must give full faith and credit to public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of other state 2.
