Differentiating the process is the work students go through in order to master the content. It involves how the students work with material and engage with their knowledge and how they get to the behavior that is in the objective. One way to differentiate the process is to have a choice board. They give students multiple ways to process information and reach the behavior in the objective. There can be different options where the student has a choice to work alone or with a group. The different choices can also be based on multiple intelligences so that the student can pick something they are really good at to learn the content.
