A few Notes
- cilantro is in expo cooler, if it's gone or gross, there more in the first cool by the office on the top shelf two ur right when u walk in (make sure cilantro is always plucked) - specials, SOD, and 86 items can all be found on the left side of the expo line, make sure u read them at the beginning of ur shift so u know what ur doing bruh - ice cream, garlic butter, + cookies r in freezer (middle door) - produce is in first door
French Dip
- comes with soup sup of azu on top of wet nap *plastic/ceramic on ceramic go ONTOP of Bev naps always*

1. Reading the tickets as u pull them from the ticket thing ( *that way you can get sauces and sides like coleslaw + kids fruit* ) 2. Paying attention to where you expo is at so u can time your set ups accordingly (if a buff dip is rang in, get set right away and put it in the cooler, wait to get LQ sets until the LQ is in the window so the set doesn't take up space, etc) 3. HELP UR EXPO : if u see them rushing to get the food out, grab the pickles for the plates, wet naps for under the knives, lemons for fish, see why sides there gonna need, etc) - if u see something wrong or missing and the expo doesn't, SPEAK UP or else no one's getting money
