A few Notes

- cilantro is in expo cooler, if it's gone or gross, there more in the first cool by the office on the top shelf two ur right when u walk in (make sure cilantro is always plucked) - specials, SOD, and 86 items can all be found on the left side of the expo line, make sure u read them at the beginning of ur shift so u know what ur doing bruh - ice cream, garlic butter, + cookies r in freezer (middle door) - produce is in first door

French Dip

- comes with soup sup of azu on top of wet nap *plastic/ceramic on ceramic go ONTOP of Bev naps always*

Cookie Dessert (it's actually called an "Ooey Gooey Monster Cookie but AINT NOBODY SAYIN THAT)

- cookie gets cooked in skillet, plated on wood platter - 2-3 scoops of ice cream on top, drizzled with chocolate

Caesar Flatbread

- cooks make set, you plate cheesy flat bread + marinated chicken - soup spoon stuck underneath pile in the center of the plate

- house : chicken wild rice - SOD : whatever the soup of the day is - come in cups or bowls, cups go on side plate, bowls go on kids plate (again, ceramic on ceramic gets Bev nap underneath) - cups get 1 cracker l, bowls get 2 - if bread of any sort of wanted, it goes on kids plate no matter what

Kids Sets

- kids plates are smaller (there above the expo line) - all get 1 cookie + 1 pickle - kids fruits + kids krafts go on Bev nap and get teaspoon

Turkey Avocado Melt

- make sure the bread crust is up while it's in the window - flip sandwich over to show the other side before serving

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

- metal platter + parchment - chips + salsa on platter - rice molded in soup cup - garnish w/ cilantro

Chicken Tender Dinner

- metal platter + parchment - side centered on platter + 6 tenders on top - bread stick leaning on chicken - 2oz ranch, bang bang, KC barbecue, 4oz coleslaw, butter packet

jumbo pretzel

- metal platter w/ parchment + hanging thing - 4oz honey mustard + 4oz nacho cheese

- more sad looking than the brisket flatbread - topped with coleslaw (i just fill up a 4oz and then dump it on there)

S'mores Cheese Cake (THIS JOHN IS SO ANNOYING)

- plated in cast iron skillet - drizzled with/ chocolate + caramel - top with crushed gram crackers (on shelf where the extra napkins are) - 4 marshmallows on long skewer toasted w/ torch get stuck on top of cheese cake - once finished, plate on wood platter with parchment

Cheese Cake (find in expo cooler)

- plated in small salad bowl + topping on ticket (chocolate, caramel, raspberry)

- Top 3 things to make sure your doing as a runner

1. Reading the tickets as u pull them from the ticket thing ( *that way you can get sauces and sides like coleslaw + kids fruit* ) 2. Paying attention to where you expo is at so u can time your set ups accordingly (if a buff dip is rang in, get set right away and put it in the cooler, wait to get LQ sets until the LQ is in the window so the set doesn't take up space, etc) 3. HELP UR EXPO : if u see them rushing to get the food out, grab the pickles for the plates, wet naps for under the knives, lemons for fish, see why sides there gonna need, etc) - if u see something wrong or missing and the expo doesn't, SPEAK UP or else no one's getting money
