The House was created in 1890, became very popular in the 1920's. Had one daughter who she loved and loved to style. Hats then children's clothing then couture for women. Connection between mother and daughter

The House was created in 1910; poor upbringing, complicated love life (inspired collections) started with hats then women's couture, easy to wear, day dress were simple and "sports like" in the 20's

Fashion 1914-1929

The first World War and the roaring 20's; during war fashion is supposed to be simplified, skirts get shorter, military inspired; buttons and large buckles,

Wartime Crinolines

Women still had to keep up their looks to be ready for the soldiers to come home, full skirt but shorter, just above the ankle; women were working
