Write a brief paragraph describing how you would present Good Deeds on the stage. Use the details in her speeches as well as those in Everyman's comments about her as the basis for your characterization.

I would present her lying down, in cold snow or sleet. She is unable to move or stand because of the weight of Everyman's sin. She'd look cold, frail, and sickly. Her appearance is poor, unkempt. I suppose she is wearing a robe, as in the picture. Her robe would be tattered, and dirty. It could have small holes in it. Her hands would be tied down with a rope so she is helplessly bound and cannot help Everyman whatsoever, though she would help Everyman if she could. Everyman prays and begs Good Deeds for her to help him, but she is simply too weighed down by his sin. So instead she offers her sister, Knowledge, to accompany him and help him. (Though that on my feet I may not go, I have a sister that shall with you also,)
