Henry Sugar Script

Another story I heard was about these two boys who were bullies. They went hunting with a new gun one of them got and while they were doing it they saw this little wimpy, kid in their grade who also loved animals, just like the other kid I was telling you about. Anyways, so they really hated this kid, like a lot!

So, they made him do some pretty crazy stuff like climb really in a tree, like on the really thin branches and after that they shot a swan in a lake and made him go swim and get it. They were being mean for like a hour or two and then they stopped. I felt so bad for the boy. Glad I wasn't him!

Now I'm going to tell you a little bit about some stories while I was traveling. One of the stories is about this little kid, he was like one of those kids who are obsessed with animals. So, I was staying at this hotel and I was reading a book on my hotel room balcony and then I heard all this commotion on the beach. So I looked over I see this HUGE turtle! It probably weighed a billion pounds!

These wimpy guys were trying to drag it up the beach, into the hotel and this wee kiddo I was talking about just starts fussing and tries to save it and put it back in the ocean. All the men were mad at him but after about 30 minutes they finally give in when the dad offered to pay for it. The weird thing was the next morning the kid was gone... Everyone thinks he swam off with the turtle.

At first I was planning on using that skill to be able to go to casinos and win lots of money but then I had a different idea. I was going to go to casinos all over the world and make lots of money from each casino and each place I got money from, I would make an orphanage there.

Now I have made many orphanages all over the world. I have gotten many thanks from all the kids in orphanages, Halley and Ella walk by and say,"Thank you Mr. Sugar!" They are all very thankful and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Well, I guess I should go now. My limo is waiting outside so I can go to meet the president and I'm planning on building a couple more orphanages. Maybe in Chad, Congo and Togo.

Hi, I'm Henry Sugar from the book The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar and Six More by Roald Dahl. I live in England. You have probably heard of me since I am so wealthy. I just got these new pants and this new jacket because I won a couple thousand the other night.

Anyways, I am a very wealthy man, I go to casinos and gamble all the time and I have not worked a single day in my life. I'm usually pretty good at gambling and I took pride in how well I have done in life until one day I read a book that changed my life.

The next story I have to tell you is about a hitchhiker who had amazing hands. I was just driving down the road and I saw a hitchhiker so I decided to pick him up. While we were driving down the road he started talk about how he had good hands and before I knew it he had my wallet, belt, and shoe lace. I couldn't believe he could do it, I hadn't noticed a thing!

He even saved me from getting in trouble with the police because I was speeding so of course I got pulled over and when the police man was leaving with some information, he took the book with information! It was awesome! When I dropped him off I was scared that he took something. But so far I haven't found anything missing.

The book was about a man who could see without his eyes. As soon as I read it I knew that I had to be able to do it to! I started out my concentrating on just looking at a candle and not letting anything go through my mind.

It took a while but soon enough I could do it for three minutes! I was working on being able to see through cards in three seconds and after about two years I was able to do it!
