Addressing health emergencies - WHO sets norms and standards such as 'The International Health Regulations' which can be used by the WHO to provide advice and measures that all countries should take to reduce the spread of tuberculosis and better control the worldwide spread of the disease. Universal health coverage - WHO will provide leadership and create partnerships to help ensure all people have access to the health services they need to prevent and treat tuberculosis. This may include diagnosis and information.

By: - Improving human capital across the life course - Accelerating action on preventing noncommunicable diseases and promoting mental health - Accelerating elimination and eradication of high impact communicable diseases - Tackling antimicrobial resistance - Addressing health effects of climate change in small island developing states and other vulnerable states.
