Why did the decline of KKK happen?

They would be murdered by white racist groups. When the klan had 100,000 members it became to influence the south and had begun to extend its influence to the northern and western states. It's campaigns of hate and violence intensified and beatings,lynchings and bra dings took place. In 1919 70 black men were lynched and 10 of them were soldiers. Blacks were intimidated and terrified by these frightening levels of violence which these groups did and were afraid to challenge white racism. In conclusion black people were affected dramatically.

Why were black people affected by the KKK?

They had little influence in big cities-couldn't dramatically change the country Their movement was in rural and small towns-terrorism and crimes took place on a local level
