Deep Lunge

Deep plie' with one leg forward, the front foot naturally turned out, the knee fully bent and aligned over the middle toe, the other leg extended back, the foot parallel on 3/4 releve', the pelvis over the right heel

Standing Stag

One knee is bent, the other is parallel and lifted to the back with the knee bent, the thigh and the lower leg for a 90-degree angle, toes pointed and reaching toward the ceiling.

Triangle

Seated on the floor on the both buttocks, the torso erect, the left leg bent with the shin parallel to the front, the foot pointed; one leg inverted, the foot pointed and allowing the knee to touch the toes on the left foot

Lateral T

The gesture leg, and the head are tilted sideward to form a straight line parallel to both the ceiling and the floor; the gesture leg parallel, the standing leg straight, with foot completely turned out.

Release Swings

The torso moves horizontally from Flat Back, drops center, then pulls Flat Back to the other side.

Side Lunge

one knee is bent, knee over middle toes, torso over the heel that is bent, and the other leg is extended to the other side, foot is parallel to the ceiling.

Coccyx Balance

seated on the floor on both buttocks, both knees bent with the lower legs raised forward and parallel to the ceiling, the feet pointed, the torso may tilt diagonally backward slightly, but the head remains erect, arms in middle parallel even with the lower legs

Lateral

stand in natural second, arms in high parallel, the torso tilted sideward at a 90 degree angle, weight shifted into opposite hip.

Flat Back Back Bend

stand in parallel second with pelvis pressed forward and the torso tilted backward, arms in high parallel

Flat Back

torso is parallel to the ground (90 degree angle)
