Standing Stag

Lateral T

The torso moves horizontally from Flat Back, drops center, then pulls Flat Back to the other side.

Lateral

stand in natural second, arms in high parallel, the torso tilted sideward at a 90 degree angle, weight shifted into opposite hip.

Flat Back Back Bend

stand in parallel second with pelvis pressed forward and the torso tilted backward, arms in high parallel

Flat Back

torso is parallel to the ground (90 degree angle)
