emergency response, technical rescue training, and maintenance and repair of all PPE, equipment and tools.

evaluation of the overall operational effectiveness evaluation of safety procedures eval of success or failure of tactical objectives eval of the application and effectiveness of policies and procedures specific knowledge that might be beneficial
