The U.S. court of appeals upheld his conviction in 2017 and declined to hear his appeal in 2018. -Curtis Clark Green was an administrator for Silk Road. He plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute narcotics and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Green was convicted and sentenced to only 4 years of supervised release because his faked murder helped authorities bring down Silk Road. -Two federal agents and a senior advisor were also involved in the silk road case and were all charged and convicted.
